I Can Help You Find Your Way
I help people get unstuck. Maybe you feel stuck in the 5 stages of grief and you’re wondering if you will ever get to “acceptance.” Maybe you find yourself avoiding people, places or things that overwhelm you with feelings of anxiety or fear. Perhaps you’re trying to figure out how you ended up in a relationship with someone who hurt you. No matter what the circumstances are, I can help you find a path forward.
As a griever turned grief therapist I understand the importance of being gentle and respectful to your journey through what is often the most shocking and painful thing you have ever experienced. It is this gentleness and respect that takes the intimidation out of going to therapy. I create a space that is free of judgement, so that together we can navigate the dark parts and find the tools that are specific to your journey forward.
Because of my lived experience I am passionate about providing support for people whose lives have been impacted by grief, trauma or domestic violence. As such, I provide individual therapy sessions and conduct groups for people affected by domestic violence related murder-suicide, department of justice involved youth who have experienced grief and trauma, and caregivers who are caring for grieving kids. I also facilitate workshops and trainings, and I offer consultations and clinical supervision for clinicians seeking licensure in GA.
Let me help you find a path forward. Call or email me to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
